I had wanted to book this hotel in the summer but it was so popular. This winter vacation, they just happened to have a ski package so I placed the order without hesitation. The hotel environment is refreshing as soon as you arrive. There is a gurgling stream and shady trees beside the hotel. The housekeeper at the front desk enthusiastically helped me check in and upgraded the room, which made my whole family very happy unexpectedly. The hotel facilities are very new, complete, clean and tidy. It has been cold these days and the hotel rooms have floor heating, which is much more comfortable than air conditioning. In addition, the service of the service staff is also warm and thoughtful. The hotel restaurant is as inexpensive as the farmhouses outside and the food is also delicious. Guests choose to eat at the hotel. I didn't sleep well on the first night because the upstairs tenant's children were making a lot of noise. I reported it to the housekeeper the next day. The hotel apologized to me again and again and even upgraded our room to the top floor. I am very touched. The hotel itself has no responsibility for being so attentive and considerate. We felt very warm during this trip and agreed to stay again in the summer.

The kids loved it. The room was big enough for a family of four. There was a laundry room with drying facilities. We didn't have to worry about getting our clothes wet when we went rafting. The food was delicious. It was very close to the rafting. You can buy rafting tickets at the B&B. It's much cheaper for a family. The kids loved the swimming pool. We should have stayed a few more days if we didn't run into a typhoon. I'll stay here again next time. The only thing missing might be an elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor. Fortunately, we didn't have much luggage. If we had a lot of luggage, it might be a bit troublesome to go up and down the stairs.

We recently stayed at JW Marriott Anji after visiting friends, once arrived at the hotel late ,as we did not plan staying over in Anji we did not bring milk for our twin sons, after calling guest service we learned that kitchen was closed already so Jasmine from front desk mentioned that she bought milk for herself and was offering to send it to our room… long story short .. our little boys were happy ad did sleep well.. parents were happy.. thank you Jasmine for going the extra mile and making our stay enjoyable… we will be back for sure

The bathroom is well separated and avoids getting wet everywhere~ I have to say that I had the most comfortable meal in Anji for three days It’s the hotel’s wontons.
