Anji Hotels with Bars

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

The theme hotel on the top of the mountain in poster 1168 is very suitable for bringing children. This time, I took the initiative to stay in the star-gazing room. Unfortunately, I didn't find the remote control that could open the sky dome until the morning, so I couldn't see the stars. The night on the top of the mountain was very cold. There was no direct elevator and you had to walk up a lot of winding stairs to get to the room. It was not very friendly to the elderly and children who were anxious to go back to the room to rest after playing for a day. Overall, the experience was full. If I have the chance to go again, I will stay there. You can see the attractions from the balcony, and you can go grass skiing directly when you go out, which saves a lot of time.

I am very satisfied. The scenery in the early morning is amazing. The smoke is lingering, the mountains are undulating, and the black tiles and white walls are like an ink painting. The off-peak tour was very comfortable and they upgraded our room for us. I experienced the hotel's sauna, herbal steaming, sea salt steaming, and several pools, and it was still very good. There was a foreign band performing in the evening and they sang very well. The breakfast is rich and exquisite.

I have wanted to go to this hotel for a long time. The room is nice and the service is very thoughtful. The hotel is on the mountain. It happened to snow, and the online taxi driver's car was not anti-slip, so I contacted the hotel and the hotel sent a car to pick us up. The front desk can make an appointment for the hot spring time to ensure that the guests who travel with you can enjoy the hot spring alone. The hotel also has a helicopter, but it cannot be used in winter. When the spring comes, the hotel can provide free pick-up and drop-off. As the New Year is approaching, the hotel also set off fireworks. The hotel's afternoon tea is also great.

In October, I took my furry kids on a trip off-peak. The only purpose was to have fun for the little ones. There must be a large lawn for them to have fun. I fell in love with this B&B the day I checked in. The heartfelt intimacy of the front desk lady, the courtyard-style lawn and the neat layout of the room, plus the presentation and taste of the dinner (many vegetables are grown by themselves, no wonder they are so delicious 😋) made me keep adding points to this B&B (although it is called a B&B, it is also the ceiling of the B&B). In fact, the owner of this store takes care of it himself, and the details are revealed everywhere. There are also meals prepared for the furry kids for breakfast, which is really considerate. I stayed for a few nights and had a very good chat with the boss (the boss is a very temperamental, cheerful, kind, and warm sister). It really feels like living at home. I will definitely stay here again! I will also recommend it to my friends❤️

It’s the fourth time I’ve come to Qiyun, and it already feels like going home. The room is still cloudy and foggy. The family of four lives comfortably. The food cooked by the chef brother is delicious. The new year's bonfire is very warm.

We had a fantastic stay here. We loved the room and the modern touches. The staff were very helpful and friendly to us and our dogs. Our dogs loved the stream just outside the hotel. Hotel grounds are well kept and the rooms are clean. The view from the room was nice and relaxing. Food at the restaurant was nice, just remember to order in advance so they can shop for you. The only thing I would change would be the ability to turn off the automatic lights. When you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night the whole room lights up and you get blinded and it woke my partner up with a startle. There were also the bathroom mirror that had a bright on off button that we needed to cover with a towel.

Environment: There are many B&Bs in Anji, but the environment here is unique. The B&B is positioned as a resort and can meet almost all your needs. Service: The owner starts to arrange two weeks in advance and provides information. All questions in the hotel are answered immediately, even if I think they are unreasonable personal needs. Hygiene: Above average and in line with expectations. Facilities: Private hot springs are great, the bar is warm, the large hot spring pool, parking lot, restaurant, everything you need. Special souvenirs: Very exquisite Jingdezhen porcelain, the color and size are in line with the bamboo culture atmosphere of Anji, perfect.

We bought a two-night package for this hotel event. Let me start with the hotel's advantages: 1. The service is quite considerate. They called us in advance to ask if we had any check-in needs, upgraded our room type, and arranged a child's step stool and baby toiletries after knowing that we had children. The front desk was also quite enthusiastic in checking in. 2. Breakfast from 8-12 o'clock is very suitable for people on vacation. You don't have to get up early in the morning to eat breakfast. You can come at your own pace. There are really not many hotels that open until 12 o'clock. 3. It rained heavily on the day of check-in. The child pushed the door and found that there was a bug in the yard that had not been cleaned up. After being startled and telling the front desk, they apologized and sent a fruit cake in the evening. 4. The hotel is not big, but the air in the scenic area is very fresh, and it is very comfortable to relax in the yard. Let me talk about the shortcomings that can be improved: 1. The indoor children's play area is too small. It rained for two days and the outdoor facilities were closed. There was really no place to play. The hotel only had one outdoor swimming pool and it was closed. 2. The dinner included in the set meal was served slowly, and the waiting time for each dish was relatively long. 3. The welcome snacks included in the set meal were not prepared for us because of the room change... After telling the hotel, they were sent again. For guests who don't check the contents of the package in advance, it is not a professional service.

This trip was tangled for a long time. I booked this theme hotel. The service staff in the hotel were very kind. We took the children. The children were very happy. The room was big enough and the health was very good. I couldn’t pick anything wrong. Special thanks to the supervisor Xiaoyan. I helped me bring my baby when I had breakfast. The baby likes to play with her. Unfortunately, I was busy with my children. I didn’t take any hotel photos. I just replaced it with other photos. Finally, thank you Xiaoyan for the gift.
