We stayed at the Annabelle for 4 nights. The hotel was clean, the service extremely friendly. Bar staff especially, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, lots of fresh fruits and salads, perfect for the hot weather.

Esperienza terribile !!! Cancellate Alpitour dalla lista delle prossime vacanze, sono assolutamente inutili nel gestire le problematiche, meglio viaggiare in autonomia! Very boring hotel food options very limited not 5 stars have to pay extra for most amenities no WiFi in rooms u do most stuff because it gets repetitive and mega boring loads of wind so u can't do loads of the things listed beach is good but yet again everything around the hotel looks like it has been abandoned and everything looks old and is really not appealing for example the ping pong table looks like it was took from a museum of ancient artifacts but some waiters are nice and some just look like they have been forced to work in community care or something overall has pretty bad and boring vibes definitely not 5 stars

We enjoyed our experience at the resort and everything was great apart one little but still very important detail: no wi-fi in rooms?! We found it odd for a 5 star resort and being in 2024! The wi-fi was available only in the lobby and they offered us to buy 10 euros card with no possibility of sharing between devices. Very nice personnel, good variety of good, nice vegetation in the gardens. The beach though not so amazing: small, rocky entry in the water and the parasols need to be changed.

The territory is beautiful, green. There is a lack of cleanliness everywhere. I did not like the food, it was not tasty, everything was made with one spice. The hotel received 5 stars some 20 years ago, probably. Now, all in all, 3-4 stars. There is a great lack of cleanliness and minimal repair and renovation. I would come back only because of the beautiful, green area.

Nous sommes partis en famille en août 2024. À l’arrivée, aucun accueil fram . Les chambres n’étaient pas propres , la fenêtre cassée,et la literie infestée de fourmis. Impossible de dormir. Nous avons dû attendre cinq jours avant que l’on nous change de chambre malgré nos nombreuses demandes auprès de la cheffe de village et de la réception. Clientèle, essentiellement italienne. Animation, bof, buffet, bof, guerre des transats tous les jours, bref, très loin d’un Framissima. Nous nous sommes plaints auprès de la direction de Fram en août 2024, nous sommes en novembre 2024 et à ce jour ce aucun retour : Bravo le service client. Nous sommes des habitués de fram depuis de nombreuses années, c’est la dernière fois qu’on repartirons avec eux !!!

The overall experience of the hotel is not ideal. Its dirty and outdated. Definitely not worth a 5 star rating. But the staff is very nice and super helpful. That being said the spa is highly recommended, very professional and great experience. 5 stars. Anastasia and her colleagues were also fantastic.
