Great property location right on the beach and close to everything (restaurants, shops, sites, marina….) even a restaurant on the premises.
Kind and helpful staff in the hotel and front desk is 24/7 open.
Would definitely return again.

Camere datate, e doccia ancora con la tenda, colazione triste, per fortuna dalla terrazza si ha una bella vista. Una delle receptionist non molto gentile. Bisogna un po’ mettere mano all’interno della struttura, la vista della ns camera non era gran che’, palazzo di fronte, essendo sull’oceano si potrebbe indicare così non si hanno aspettative.

Hotel confortável para viagem de negócios/trabalho. Atendimento com muita simpatia e disponibilidade. Notável preocupação pelo bem estar dos hóspedes desde o momento da reserva até ao check out. Boa localização. Vista bastante agradável. Pequeno almoço com pouca oferta/variedade.

The hotel has an excellent location with views of the beach from the room, but it does not have parking although we were able to park outside the door every day. The first night we arrived very late and the person at the reception gave us his parking at the door for us, it was an unexpected detail! Cleaning and breakfast was quite good. On the other hand, the rooms need to be modernized

Chi lo ha definito stamberga non scherzava. Sicuramente ottima posizione ad Angra do Heroísmo, ma hotel pessimo. Pulizia incerta, colazione più che scadente, personale infastidito dai clienti. Struttura vetusta. Normalmente non faccio recensioni, ma un tanto dovevo per evitare che altri facciano la mia stessa esperienza.
