We recently stayed at this hotel and initially had a great experience. However, our opinion has drastically changed due to the poor customer service we've encountered after our stay. We accidentally left behind an extra pillow that we brought with us. Since checking out, we've tried to contact the hotel five times over the past week to retrieve the pillow, but we have received absolutely no response. We even sent a photo of the pillow along with the product label, hoping this would help. It's truly disappointing that something as simple as a forgotten item could lead to such a lack of communication. What started as a very positive experience has now left us completely dissatisfied, all because of the hotel's failure to respond to our repeated attempts to get in touch. We sincerely hope the hotel improves its customer service, as this has unfortunately tainted our overall impression of what could have been a perfect stay.
