There is no breakfast, there is a small swimming pool, the location is a certain distance from the pedestrian street, but not far away, it is too noisy to live in the pedestrian street, the suites are actually opened up two downstairs and downstairs, it is good !!

This was my first time making a reservation on agora or *********** and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go. Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:50…that is the only complaint I have. Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawless…I would definitely book this hotel again!

The relaxed atmosphere, coupled with the courteous staff, enhances the experience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. From continental to local cuisines, guests can start their day on a satisfying note. Overall, Best Western Plus Metro Clark excels in various aspects for all occasions – from its attentive staff to the quality of food and facilities, making it a recommendable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A building that came into the years. Rooms with old furniture and renewable sanitary area. TV has also worked only after room change. Safe available but batteries empty. Breakfast is only available with eggs with S*****s or hot dog, including 2 dishes of toast and a cup of coffee. Personal friendly and helpful. nearly forgotten lift available but defect.

Totally fine, but a bit far from the walking street. But 7 Eleven and Jollibee are near from the this hotel. So no concern the food.

Good in all aspects

The hot shower turns off around super late night. So you were not able yo use it. If its cleaniliness . we put 5🌟 .. Very nice staff ( accomodating naman). And the place is 😶 Silent. So its nice to stay longer. Thank you!
