1. The update speed of counter information is not real-time. Even if APP and email information are provided, it still takes a long time to confirm.
2. The room is small, the sound insulation is not good, and there is no hairdryer/slippers. You need to ask proactively.

The hotel location is near SM Clark and nearby shops like Watsons and Uncle John. The staff are nice they accommodate our request for early check-in. We availed their Standard Room, it is clean and tidy. I will recommend this hotel for those who wants staycation. Thank you Trip.com for the awesome deals until next booking.

The location is just okay, but the overall facilities are old. It is inconvenient because the hotel does not provide breakfast. It's okay to stay for the price.
