Ich war über Jahre hinweg ein treuer Gast des The Chedi, aber die gestrige Erfahrung war inakzeptabel. Meine Freunde und ich hatten einen Tisch an der Bar reserviert, der Executive Assistant Manager, uns mit einer unprofessionellen und respektlosen Haltung begegnete und eine unnötige Auseinandersetzung mit einem meiner Freunde begann. Sein Verhalten war derart unangemessen, dass wir uns entschieden haben, das Hotel zu verlassen. Es ist offensichtlich, dass das neue Management weder Respekt vor den Gästen noch Professionalität zeigt. Ich frage mich auch, wie die Mitarbeiter behandelt werden, wenn sie sich so gegenüber den Gästen verhalten. Zum Glück hatten wir anschließend ein hervorragendes Abendessen im Il Fermento. Bis sich im The Chedi spürbare Verbesserungen einstellen, kann ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

I’ve been a loyal guest of The Chedi for years, but last night’s experience was unacceptable. My friends and I had a table reserved at the bar when Mr. André Rytlewski, the Executive Assistant Manager, approached us with an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude, starting an unnecessary argument with one of my friends. I also wonder how the employees are treated if this is how they behave toward guests. His behavior was so inappropriate that we decided to leave. It’s clear the new management lacks both respect for guests and the professionalism The Chedi was once known for. Thankfully, we enjoyed a great dinner at Il Fermento instead. I can no longer recommend The Chedi until serious improvements are made

We stayed there for a few days to enjoy the spa and aomw nice food. The room was as always nice but for the price paid you can expect to have it checked before guest arrival we washed our hands after 5 min in the room and the sink was clogged. We then decided to go to the spa and we were looking for the bathrobe usually there is always to size available this time no. Bar you should stick to common drinks as the coktail was appaling , funny name but not to expectations at all. We had dinner at the restaurant as always the food was nice but it it looked like the prices really rised up and the quantity got smaller. 19CHF for a 1 dl glass of wine really ? Staff were amazing everywhere

Je tiens à signaler mon mécontentement au sujet de l’annulation de notre séjour auprès de cet établissement. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu honorer notre réservation prévue au mois de Septembre en raison de l’hospitalisation d’urgence de ma compagne. Nous nous attendions à un retour compréhensif, un geste commercial. En effet, nous avons sollicité à titre exceptionnel une modification de la réservation tout en rappelant notre flexibilité totale compte tenu de l’achat du séjour effectué par l’intermédiaire du site QoQa. Il est bien regrettable qu’en qualité d’établissement prestigieux, aucun accord n’a pu être trouvé. Bien plus que regrettable!
