Fantastic services and delicious food. staff is so humble. We feel we are in Punjab. We visited Goa, Dubai but we like pine spring. Best services..best infrastructure, best lighting,with wish of success,I will visit again . You guys Must visit once. Thanks

Very nice place to visit Please do not visit during the Yatra period The hotel is in a very good location well maintained During summer rooms are not having ac. Pl check before booking Hotel located in Valley and is very nice Hotel staff is very friendly and provides very good service Mr Arif has provided us very good service

I am with the group of Model School one of the students enjoyed too much here at Hotel pine spring Pahalgam kashmir. Very helpfull and kind staff explicitly GM Mr. Jobi very cooperative and helful too. While we entered the hotel the reception members welcome us with what an excellent manner ooooh that was amazing perticulay Mr. Raouwf left an indelible impression. Nice and clean accommodation extremely clean room we have given. Nice food nice service.

This hotel lacks basic decency, whether from the establishment itself or its staff. We made a hasty booking after reading mostly positive reviews, but the reality we encountered was quite different. It seems there was a significant disparity between those reviews and our experience. We observed foreign guests, possibly Russian tourists females, who appeared to have unusually friendly interactions with the managers, Mr. Rouf, and Joby (who, according to what we later found, seem to be the subjects of many glowing but likely fabricated reviews). These Russian women were frequently seen entering and exiting the staff members rooms. Initially, we assumed they were family or spouses of the staff, only to later discover they were tourists. The staff's overly accommodating behavior towards them made us uncomfortable. Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment—it gave off the vibe of a cheap highway motel you might find in Europe or America.
