OYO 5472 Bombay Palace

After a terrible experience at Riverside Resorts Inn in Pahalgam, our travel agent moved us to Bombay Palace. Arriving at 11 am, the manager was incredibly polite and efficient. When we requested a cleaner blanket, it was promptly provided. The hotel's central heating system was a blessing. Our pony ride to Baisaran Valley was exhilarating and full of emotions. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were delightful. Overall, Bombay Palace turned our trip around with its excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Pahalgam.

Good place to stay - we enjoyed. Nice hospitality and support from the management and reception team. Rooms are nice with scenic view of snow mountains frim the window. Food quality is also good. Lawns are charming palace to leisure with....

I have just checked out from Bombay Palace and have to specially call out the humbleness, politeness with which all staff members attended to us. A big special call-out for Arafat from the restaurant. While our room was good, we didn't have any view and on just one request they moved us to another big one with a great view. Thank you Bombay Palace

I am writing on behalf of my elderly parents who stayedd with their friends at Hotel Bombay Palace. All of them, are above 65yrs of age, and were super happy with the staff and cleanliness of the place and the facilities provided to them. Special mention and thanx to Mr Ashiq, the manager who recieved my international call and reposted to messages at 10pm to arrange a cake for my parents. The cake was amazing and it made their stay super special. What was best was no fuss, and ease for Google pay transfer for cake . I travel a lot internationally and I have to say, This is what amazing customer service is.. Well done staff and Mr Ashiq keep up the good work !

We stayed here at Bombay Palace for two nights with my family of 6 people, the experience we had was really a wonderful experience, the behavior of the staff, especially Mr Arafat and Mohsin, they served us always with their smiling faces, the quick service they provide was also in a professional manner. Every room has a wonderful and cozy interior decorated with finished wooden designs, rooms are centrally heated, though bit smaller but are facilitated with modern facilities. rooms have a great view from the window, with mountains snowcapped which will mesmerize your morning. We booked this hotel through MMT and found this hotel decent as per MMT standards, the staff behavior, the cleanliness, and the professionalism was also very nice. Hats up to the team and management of Bombay Palace, keep it up, we will visit again soon.

We booked for 2 nights in this hotel. Smallest rooms I have ever encountered in any hotel. Mat in the room was very shabby. It's a dreaded experience to spent 2 nights in this hotel. When I asked for an extra pillow , staff was given so dirty pillow I can't describe. I complaied at reception then they got it changed. On repeated requests, they start warm water in the morning. Still food quality was good.
