"The air conditioning (heating) in the room I stayed in was either broken or not, but there was a clicking sound that sounded like a switch was being switched on and off. It was just too loud, so I turned off the heating and spent the day there. Other than that I was satisfied."

"牟岐町に帰省しましたが、古い家なのでムカデに刺されそうなのと、猛暑の中、万が一エアコンが壊れていたら生命に関わるので、今回は阿南のルートインに泊まりました。
綺麗な大浴場、種類が豊富な朝食バイキング。これらのサービスに、数年前から何度も助けられました。
今年4月から、息子が関東で進学なので、東京出身の私も学費を出稼ぎという体で、一緒に徳島を離れ、引っ越しました。
息子は、ルートイン阿南のすぐ近くの高校に通っていたので、コロナ禍で県外へ行けなかった時期、気分転換として、年に数回利用していました。中3の時にはコロナで修学旅行へ行けなかった学年でしたから、とても可哀想でした。
そんなコロナ禍でも、ルートインさんは、とても細やかなサービスでした。
高校受験の前乗り、と予約時に伝えたら、ホテル側が加湿器を部屋に準備して下さいました。
エレベーターで他県からの宿泊客と乗り合わせたくないと言ったら階段で行きやすい2階の部屋に。
部屋のテレビで1階の食堂の混雑状況が確認出来ました。これは感染予防に、大変有益でした。
大学受験を想定して、模試の前夜に宿泊して、環境の変化に慣れさせる訓練、兼、気分転換を図りました。
今回は、ロビーにスダチのジュースが無料で飲めたので、お風呂上がりに美味しく頂きました。
女湯は、暗証番号を押さないと入れない、セキュリティ対策が安心出来ます。
寝間着も浴衣ではなく作務衣なので、寝ていても乱れにいです。万が一避難、が必要な時にも心配無用です。
セブンイレブン、フジグランが近くにあり、便利。オススメですよ！"

"We traveled during the Awa Odori Festival and chose to stay at Anan because it was less crowded. This super hotel also maintained its usual high standards, with many details just right. I recommend it for self-driving tours, as parking is convenient. Special thanks to Mr. and Ms. Sugihara for their excellent service."

"I had a happy and happy day. The breakfast was great and the women's bath was satisfactory. Accommodation without any complaints ♡ Value for money ♡ It was nice to have a gomeda cafe right in front of you. The scenery I met while walking around the station after breakfast is also very quiet."

Regarding accommodation, I asked color 々 in advance, but I was relieved even before staying with a quick and polite response. I actually met you and it was a really nice person 々. I had a problem at the time of my stay, but I was able to think about the first thing that we could enjoy comfortably and sincerely.
The accommodation was beautiful, fashionable, cozy and I wanted to stay more, and I wanted to use it again."

"I stayed here for two days because it was inconvenient to ride a bike in the rain. The service was excellent. When I checked in, they showed me how to push my bike up to the parking lot entrance. The hotel name was different, so it was a bit hard to find; I had to rely on photos to identify the exterior. The check-out time was also inaccurate—it was 10 AM, not 12 PM. The platform should correct this. The location is great, right next to Anam JR station. I really want to come back here! 👍"

"The staff at the front desk who guided us through the hotel gave detailed explanations, and we were able to choose the pillow hardness that suited us, we were able to choose amenities that would be nice for women, and we were able to relax in the hot springs in the hotel's large communal bath. . I was also satisfied with the breakfast. The only disappointing thing was that there was no hand soap in the room."

"This hotel has very basic facilities with a public bath, which is very sufficient when traveling around this part of Shikoku. The room we stayed in is surprisingly spacious. The inn is very close to Awa-Tachibana train station. We walked around for a place to eat and drink, and very close to the inn is a Buta-Taro restaurant, which serves delicious ramen and Chinese-style food (cost-performance was awesome)."
