The front desk said that there were no rooms ready and asked us to come back at three o'clock in the afternoon. We came back after lunch. Location: There is a bus stop in front that goes to Disneyland. It cost $6 for a pass for 1 day for adult. Some food around the hotel.
Room: size is good for 4, 2 adults and 2 children. 2 bath tub in the toilet. Good for family. Aircon noise is abit noisy. Otherwise all is good
Breakfast: Not alot of option but quite good. The kids love to do the waffle in mickey mouse shape.
Overall, good value for us.

Hotel is close to Disneyland. Kids liked the water slide. Customer has room for improvement. Waiting an hour to find booking is unacceptable, management could have resolved issue more professionaly with trip.com
Customers should never have to contact trip.com and the hotel to resolve a booking problem. Trip.com made things right…but experience was lame.

The staff were also kind and attentive to us, even though we were Japanese, so we were able to travel with peace of mind.
