Hotel JL No76

Amsterdam Oud Zuid
The facilities are very good. The front desk is not very big. The doors are too close to each other. It is easy to be woken up in the morning. The Van Gogh Museum is 3 minutes away. Recommended! The transportation is very convenient. You can go directly from the train station. You don’t need to buy a subway ticket. You can use Apple Pay or bank card directly
Clayton Hotel Amsterdam American

We booked this Hotel whilst in Amsterdam as the Hotel we had previously booked was as per my other review not the best . We were fortune enough to book a Rock Royalty Double room and upon arrival at this hotel the staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble . The hotel was spotless and our room was perfect whilst slightly smaller than you might expect laid out perfectly so that the smaller size didn't impact on being able to relax in the room. I must single out the Rock Royalty supervisor who was so friendly and couldn't have been any more helpful if she tried and the staff within the American Bar who made you feel welcome and and treated you like an old friend . If you want a fantastic hotel in a great location in Amsterdam then this is the one to choose . We can't wait to return to this hotel
Hotel V Nesplein

Oude Centrum
Great location, super convenience just in the Center, next to shopping street and just 5mins walk to De Bijenkorf. 2-3mins to Rokin metro station, tram station are just next to metro station too. I book Hotel V Nesplein because I have lived another hotel from hotel V previously ( some travelling time from City Center ) which I loved there so much so I would love to try other V hotels for my return to AMS. Of coz the room size is not very big given it is in city Center, the room is still nice design and comfortable too. Just the warmer in bathroom seems not working very well as didn’t really can feel the warm from it. The restaurant in hotel V is great too, nice vibes, good food and wine.

Oud-West
Very cost-effective and very close to the Van Gogh Museum, 15 minutes walk Facilities: Very complete, everything is available Environment: dark Service: The front desk is really warm and friendly, a good impression Recommended to everyone! However, the room type written by Ctrip will be different from the actual one, so I won’t pursue it this time. I’m tired.
Zoku Amsterdam

It is close to the tram and the subway station, there is a big ah next to it, just five minutes away from the net red brunch shop. The location is really good, you can see a great view on the rooftop. The hotel is also very serviced and has a high-end youth hostel and hotel apartment configuration. The bed is very big and can sleep for the next three girls. Really love the roof, whether it is sunrise or sunset is a good place to take pictures. Very clean, there is an oven coffee machine, induction cooker pots and pans, too love this minimalist style, recommended to travellers to Amsterdam

Oude Centrum
From the moment we stepped out of our transport we were given the best of attention. The concierge was on hand to take our bags and show us to reception where we were offered a drink whilst we booked in. First impressions were of a beautiful and well kept hotel. We had paid extra for a room with a Canal view, and it lived up to its expectations. The room was very well laid out with all the usual amenities, two comfy chairs so we didn't have to sit on the bed all of the time. Coffee making machine, AND and kettle (you don't get kettles in many hotels nowadays) which was good for us as we are tea drinkers. Room was clean, the bed soooo comfy (firm mattress) and the pillows plush. The towels were amazing, I wanted to bring them home and the shower was brilliant, loads of room, I loved the button on the wall to turn it off and on. We were advised to keep the windows closed at night as we were canal side (because of potential noise) but we would anyway in case of mosquito's which love me. The room was very quiet, we heard no noise from inside or outside of the hotel during our stay. Breakfast was good - a continental platter was put on the table as standard, but you could also order from the menu (we ordered Eggs Benedict) or you could help yourself to the a more English style breakfast. Service was quick and very efficient. We found the Concierge and Reception desk to be very helpful during our stay, directing us where necessary, advising us when needed, and even printing off our return boarding passes for us. The Concierge was on hand to open the door whenever we left or arrived back at the hotel. The cleaning service was excellent, if we were short of anything we just had to mention it to the concierge and in no time at all housekeeping would be knocking on our door with replacements. We stayed 6 nights - all in all a lovely experience, I highly recommend this hotel. It is worth booking in advance to get a better price.
