Top location, most of the sights are within walking distance. 10 minutes from the station, 10 minutes from Anne Frank House, 10 minutes from Dam Square, Kalverstraat and the Red Light District and so on.
Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. We had the room for 4 people. There are a lot of stairs, so not really accessible for people with walking difficulties.
Breakfast is simple but sufficient. You can better have breakfast in a cozy restaurant in the nearby streets.
Service and staff nothing to complain about. Were very friendly and helpful.

When I went to the front desk, the person spoke Chinese. The order stated that I should pay an additional 12 euros. After paying 12 euros, I was charged an additional 30 euros. They said it was a tax required by the government, but it was useless to explain. If I have any questions, I should contact Ctrip. At that time, China It was late at night, and I called Ctrip the next day. After many communications, Ctrip said that it was indeed overcharged and directly converted the 30 euros into RMB and refunded it to my account. Therefore, it is useless to have a Chinese person at the front desk who can speak Chinese and has an arrogant attitude; to be honest, the service of the local front desk clerk I met the next day was much better.
