Di-Ann City Centre Hotel

The room does not look at all like the photo on the site. Poorly arranged, the bathroom door does not open and bangs on the bed, the water from the pipes flows constantly, the curtains are torn. Very bad experience.

Way overrated!! 155,- for a double room for 1 night ex 17,-!!! tourist tax Location excellent, but what an old junk! Tv didn't work, sockets far from bed, a wardrobe for clothes where you really wouldn't want to put clothes Poor lighting in bathroom Curtains rancid and don't close completely Very dated hotel with a very steep entrance upstairs, worthless if you have to go upstairs with a big suitcase Overdue maintenance of the entire hotel Absolutely not worth the money Don't sleep here, there are much better options for this money, just ridiculous!

The room is relatively large and very comfortable Facilities: complete Sanitation: good conditions Environment: very beautiful Service: good, very close to the main street, convenient transportation, good price, a good place to live, work and travel

I can't believe that all the photos in the hotel introduction, including the room and the view from the window, are of the hotel I stayed at. The stairs are so steep that you can't carry a suitcase up them, and the front desk is on the third floor with no elevator. When I entered the room, it smelled of urine, there was no air conditioning, there were no amenities, and the shower tiles and toilet were so dirty that I couldn't use it. The sheets and pillows seemed unsanitary, and I was afraid of bedbugs, so I couldn't use the bed. If you open the window wide, bugs come in, and if you close it, the hellish heat is unbearable so I left the hotel. I had no choice but to book because other hotels were fully booked due to a sudden stay, but it felt like I was throwing money away. I wonder if the people who say it was the best in the reviews are fake... Anyway, I would never recommend this hotel to women!

The only thing that bothered me was that the WiFi didn't work in the room. The stairs were quite steep lol. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the place, and the receptionist was very kind. The view from the balcony on the second floor was amazing. You could see the whole of Holland!!

It's an old-fashioned hotel located in an alley. The stairs are shaky and basically straight. People with weak legs and feet have difficulty going upstairs. I live on the 4th floor.
