The location is excellent, right next to the Rhine River and the Chocolate Museum, and a 10-minute walk to the old town. The hotel breakfast is very good.

Upon our arrival at Centraal Station (Ferry Station) on 02/11/22 @ 4.15pm, we made a call to request for a shuttle. Less than 10mins the driver came but drove away in front of us without stopping by to pick us up. Thereafter we made a call again to hotel to ask the driver come back. After the 15 mins of waiting (travelling with a baby and weather is cold and total waiting time is 25 mins). The driver finally arrived, i asked him why he never stopped to check around if there is any guests waiting for him. He said i shouted at him and asked to carry my heavy luggages up to the van by myself because he is not happy and complaint to the other guest who is also taking the same shuttle. I even had to open the van back door to reloaded the luggages by myself also when arrived at the hotel.
This is the most terrible service I ever encountered. Initially I was looking very forward to stay in this hotel but I was ill-treated by this driver. I hope the management will look into this matter. This not the kind of service provide to the guest. I will not stay or recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is about 20 minute walking from centraal station or 10 minute walking from the nearest metro station. But, they provide shuttle to and from the centraal station. The room is spacious with bathtub. The service is very good. The gym is quite large. It’s a nice place for pampering oneself.

Mooie prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Uitstekend uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met alles erop en eraan. Fantastisch geregelde shuttlebus die je van hotel naar pont en weer terugbrengt, deze rijdt de hele dag door. Dit scheelt tijd en energie welke je weer goed in de stad kunt gebruiken.

The hotel is overpriced , my room had a window to a disposal garbage of the hotel . This price I paid was too high . The lobby smells awful
My room was with a small window , it looked like a closet . The mattress has bumps , my worst experience !

The rooms are spacious (I had a double bed in a superior room). Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were lovely. However some rooms have mechanical noise from outside which disturbed my sleep. However the staff was able to move me to a quiet room the following night. I was originally in room 264 which was unbearable. The outside machine (air conditioning) turned on every 15 minutes and caused a loud humming noise and caused the whole room to vibrate. The staff were helpful however and gave me ear plugs. However switching rooms was the solution for me. The location is fine. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal which you can call on WhatsApp. There is a free ferry to get you to the central station. Breakfast options were great. If you opt to skip room service, you get a daily voucher for a free drink at the bar or restaurant.

Ruime nette kamer vriendelijk personeel goed ontbijt en heel fijne service met de shuttlebus na een avondje stappen een beletje en binnen vijf minuten word je vlak bij het station opgehaald. Ook lekker gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel. Voor ons beslist een aanrader
