The location is good. Although it is not in the city, it takes only five minutes to get to NS by train. However, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the train station. The surrounding area is quite desolate, with few supermarkets and restaurants. The front desk staff is very good.

It's about a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. The hygiene is not very good. The carpets are not clean. Except for a certain waitress at the front desk, everyone else is very enthusiastic. There are two Chinese restaurants downstairs. The Chinese restaurant next to the parking lot is expensive and terrible, but the one outside the hotel is better. It's a bit far from the supermarket, about ten minutes' walk.
