Great hotel But at check-in there was a discussion. City tax had to be paid. I did not agree with this because according to the confirmation the price was INCLUDING city tax. See the upload of the proof of booking *********** which states city tax included.
The check-in lady was not to be mollified. So it cost me € 15.83 extra on top of the room price. Very unfortunate. They work as standard because city tax always has to be paid separately. So also now despite the fact that it was included in the booking. Very unfortunate.

Located about 10 minutes walk from the subway. Good access to the center of Amsterdam.

I had a solo trip, just to cool off from work and Jaz in the city was my best choice and I didn’t regret it, spent 3nights and it was great, lovely receptionist and generally it was a smooth stay, loved the bed, I slept like a baby but maybe they cuz Improve on their WiFi..
