Service: The service attitude is very good and the response is timely. There are 8 bottles of drinking water in the room. The quality of breakfast is good, there are ***y choices, and there is chicken soup to drink. It costs less than 500 yuan including breakfast, which is very cost-effective.

The hotel is next to the airport and it is also convenient to take a taxi to the city centre. The hotel restaurant is doing a good job. The hotel room is large and comfortable to live in. Amrit is only a golden temple to see, take a taxi from the hotel in the morning, and come back in the afternoon.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, located in 2 buildings on different streets within 200 meters from each other. When you exit it, you find yourself in the chaos of the central market with its intricacies of endless lanes, which is not very good; but quite close to the Golden Temple. They helped with an early check-in - for which many thanks, treated us with a welcome tea, prepared a postcard.

The hotel is pretty close to main areas and not bang in the noise.The restaurant serves great brunch and we found the best Amritsar kulcha here,itself. The rooms are clean and we got an upgrade at checkin. The hotel has standard amenities and a small pool with gym at the top of the hotel. The only sour note was probably how the hotel measures it staff perfor***ce. The ***ager of the coffee shop and the waiters were insistent that we give good feedback. It seems the praise is being pushed which we would have given any how. The second unprofessional thing was that our flights were in the evening and we asked for late checkout. The front desk seemed amused and were playing with us. This is not professional. I would recommend the food even if its price (a la carte) is significantly higher.

Room is quite big having chars, tea table, wardrobe & all toilet fittings but overall room looks shabby due to dirty/old wall painting & old chairs. The stay was average there were lots of issues in the room as 1) the lock key was not working at all we tried calling the staff and they reset-ed twice but as soon as we locked and went for dinner and came it did not worked. The support staff tried to repair it in the night 10 pm but after trying couple of times they said they will repair in the morning. In doing this process they messed up with power switch and the ac did not worked at all. 2 ) in the washroom the washbasin wasn't in the good condition as the pipe was leaking 3) the support staff was good. As we opted for breakfast but we wanted to leave early in the morning so they adjusted the breakfast in dinner. 4) the dinner was excellent the tastiest food was served the staff members upend-er singh and uttam yadav were really excellent and really courteous. Excellent guys. Imust say.

No hotel can beat the location of this hotel. Makes travel to any and all corners of the city easy. It is incredibly easy to get autos and cabs. The parking facility js excellent. Staff is incredibly helpful and polite. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. 10/10 will recommend.
