Hotel is renovated. Staff uniform is very poor. Hot water was not coming. Front office not very polite. Only one lift working. Restaurant order takes more than 30 minutes to deliver

The hotel and it's ambience was very good, the only thing was service is too slow, we had to follow up several times for toiletries, i didn't see the initiatives in the staff, service is too slow, and surprisingly drinking water bottles were limited, the provide only 2 ltrs per day and above that was chargeable, the food is little pricy, qty provided was less and not that great taste. To reiterate, the hotel's ambience is very good, so is the room.

Although promised in online listings, there is no rooftop pool. There is no gym here. There is no rooftop dining with panoramic views of the Golden Temple. If that is what has drawn you to this hotel, keep that in mind. My room was pretty nice and mostly clean. But staffing is pretty terrible here. Just getting towels replaced or some laundry required a Kafkaesque series of calls to the front desk, each time with a promise that they would come in "five minutes." One gets the impression that the five people always lingering behind the checkin counter aren't willing to sully themselves by delivering a few towels and would rather leave that to overworked cleaners. I was offered a free drink to make up for my annoyance with the lack of a gym and sub-par service. I placed my order... and of course the drink never came. Breakfast was probably the worst at this price point I've experienced in India. It is a very meager buffett.

Amazing hotel in Amritsar this is my fourth visit to Amritsar and my second visit in this hotel . Anytime better than Ramada and Radisson ,huge rooms very polite staff. Great wifi and good to see Netflix in 55 inches . Specially its very near to Golden temple and very secure for lady traveller like me. They always make me feel like home,stayed in executive suite with jacuzzi in itHUGE HUGE ROOM

3rd time I was stayed in hotel within six month ..... and i feel very happy to choose this hotel for my family comfort..... providing very good services....... staff is very helpful...... food was very tasty..........rooms are good and big .............everything is perfect during the stay.........

Ok. Best weston plus hotel is a famous hotel of the city which is very beautiful. The front desk and room service are excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very easy to reach all the tourist places of the city including the golden temple from here. The food of the hotel restaurant is very tasty. The staff of the restaurant is very helpful.
