I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the high level of service, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the overall welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly and professionally.
The amenities were excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for providing such a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The facilities are great! There was no way to take a shower in the room I was in. The shower head didn't work and the water flow was too small. I didn't take a shower for three days. The elevator broke down after one day of living there, and there was no base for a kettle! Alas, it’s hard to describe in one word!
