We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was outstanding, with staff attending to all of our needs promptly and always with a smile. Everyone was incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk to the mall and supermarket, which made everything very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and convenience!

We were at Gloria Hotel two weeks in August 2024 and honestly we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that this hotel provides. Out of 87 hotels I've been to around the world (several 5-stars hotels did not reach the same level of service), this is my favorite hotel and the best staff I've ever met. We enjoyed everything at the hotel. The breakfast has a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. The staff were always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. The rooms were carefully cleaned every day by Abdou El Majeed, who always was available when we needed something. I have been in so many different hotels around the world, but never have I experienced better service than the one we got from Abdou El Majeed. Two of the best malls in Amman were only around 50 meters from the hotel. The hotel is listed as being 3 stars, but the quality, cleanliness, breakfast, technique, construction are more like 5 stars. Es war alles perfekt. Sehr Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer war sehr Sauber. Das Bett war gemütlich. Das Zimmer war grossräumig. Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt auf jeden fall. Ich würde jeder Zeit wiederkommen. Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen.

“ Despite a few minor areas for improvement, I must commend the hotel for its polite staff and well-maintained facilities, which made my stay surprisingly enjoyable. A strong option for those looking for decent and affordable housing Although initially skeptical because of its 3-star rating, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The dedicated staff and impeccable clean facilities made a surprisingly enjoyable stay. I would like to confidently recommend it to my fellow travelers who are looking for value and convenience.”

Rooms were ok. Lighting was not great. Breakfast and hospitality not great. Breakfast was stale and not many choices for vegetarians. There are better hotels that could be found at the same price. Location of hotel is also not in downtown - at least 15-20 min car ride to downtown.
