A nice and comfortable place to stay in Amman, Jordan! The hotel is very close to the city-center and the team was very kind and helpful. Our apartment was clean, with comfortable double-bed, bathroom and small kitchen. It was good to have a refrigerator. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the variety of different local dishes. The hotel has its own parking, which was great as we rented a car and parked there for free.

My wife and I stayed at the Seven Roses twice during our trip staying for two nights before a two day trip to Petra and wadi rum returning to the seven roses for a further three nights. The staff were very welcoming and very happy to help with whatever we needed including looking after our luggage during our stay in Petra and booking a restaurant and taxi for us. The rooms were comfortable with a great buffet breakfast including a good range of middle Eastern and other foods. The hotel was in a handy location with several restaurants, shops and coffee shops within walking distance (many closed during the day for us due to Ramadan). The JETT bus station is just around the corner with day trips to the dead sea, Petra and Jerash.

Facilities: This old hotel has been around for some time. Although it is a very luxurious old hotel in the local area, the facilities are obviously outdated; Service: The check-in staff at the front desk were not very enthusiastic and had a cold face throughout the process (maybe I didn’t meet the right person?) and had a strong English accent, but the welcome guys were super responsible and enthusiastic. We drove there and stayed there During the 2 days, you only need to drive your car to the entrance of the lobby every day. After asking for your room number, the receptionist will take the key and help you park the car and keep the key (the key will not be returned to you). When you go out, go to the bellman counter. After reporting your room number over there, the guy will immediately drive the car to you at the entrance of the lobby. This service process is awesome! Environment: There are many boutique chocolate shops + restaurants nearby, including Hardee’s, a local Jordanian chain fried chicken burger restaurant, with large portions and super delicious! If you have time to live there, you must try it!

Stuff was helpful, relation ship manager was gentle, hotel was perfect and I recommended to others. The service is quick and the food ad breakfast was amazing it's clean and the stuff are friendly. I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay. Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff. Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons. Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy. Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.
