The hotel was really nice located close to the City Center and close to the floating Gardens. Lots of restaurants along the canal close by nice room and very quiet considering that it is so close to busy Street.

Great location by the river, cafes, cathedral and 33km cycle route.
The hotel was shabby in the hallway with bags of dirty linen left all day and overnight. The lifts strongly smelt of cheap deodorant.
But, once in the room it was like a different hotel. Light, spacious, great view of the cathedral and river. Excellent kitchenette which is a bonus, nice bathroom and lots of little reminders to be eco friendly.
We'd highly recommend if you're happy to walk through the neglected entrance and hallways.

Tínhamos uma relação de negócios com este estabelecimento que tivemos de terminar por o gerente, Pascal, ser desagradável, condescendente e arrogante. Fomos cobrados a mais durante semanas e só nos apercebemos por sorte. Quando questionamos sobre o assunto tentaram colocar a culpa em nós até admitirem o erro, quando pedimos reembolso deixaram de responder às comunicações

Eine super Ausstattung, es war alles für einen Aufenthalt da. Die Bediensteten waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung top. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great one night stay. Very easy check in, handy location, short walk to centre and free street parking in the summer. Ideal set up for our young family. Seperate bedroom for the kids and kitchenette. Very reasonable price and better than staying in a standard hotel.
