酒店還挺新的，房間不錯，床品很舒服，酒店也很安全，有一晚後半夜經歷了龍捲風，在房間裏沒什麼影響，唯一的缺點是酒店不是默認每天有客房打掃，如果沒有事先要求，房間是沒有人清潔的，美其名曰為了住客的安全着想，好吧😑

Booked room for a concert 7 months ahead of time checkin was supposed to be at 3pm with the concert starting at 5:30pm. Rooms were not cleaned and we didn’t get into our room until 5pm. I was told when we arrived at 4pm that they would text me when a room was clean. I was sitting in the lobby and noticed others who arrived after me were getting checked in prior to me and the last room that was clean was given to someone that had just arrived at the hotel! I stood at the checkin desk for a hour before I had a room. This is very poor planning for a concert of over 60,000 people in town with no shuttle service to and from the stadium! We also waited over an hour for a Lyft! We were late to the concert missing 90% of the first group. Paid a lot of money for 1 night stay and the concert and the experience was horrible!

The facility is newer and clean, breakfast was good. Make sure you test everything when you check in to make sure it works. Our TV didn’t work. The overnight person tried to help but couldn’t, and morning person didn’t seem to care and just said they’d report it to maintenance, offered nothing to make the situation better. Management doesn’t seem to care either, usually Choice Hotels are better than this.

This was a great place to stay and close to campus. Very convenient location. The room was spacious and clean. They had a nice pool area, but no hot tub. Breakfast was good as well including multiple waffle makers, biscuits and gravy, and a good fast selection in the fridge. Would definitely stay here again.

I am a Choice member and prior to this visit I was satisfied with the service. I never had to make my own beds and retrieve my own towels. The staff person was rude. 603 16th Street. Will not stay there again. 1 🌟

If you are any race other than white, do not visit Bonnie Alley the manager is very prejudice. Housekeeping barely clean. I was finding hair all over the place different colors and types. The service is horrible!!!!!!!!!

We enjoy this hotel every time we come into town. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. Also staff is accommodating to whatever you need. The location is great and close to good restaurants and the college.

Very straight forward hotel experience. Won't blow your socks off but good enough. Ames doesn't have much going on so it's not even the hotel's fault that it feels a little like the zombie apocalypse in the area.

Loved the location to this hotel. Easy to get to from Duff. Could be walking distance to the stadium for football (since you are probably going to find parking at least this far away. LoL) I wouldn't call it near ISU campus, but plenty close to the Vet School. We had a nice stay. We got a room near the elevator, which I thought would be a big problem, but I never heard it from our room. Lovely big bed with great bedding and pillows. Lots of light. Lots of outlets. We will be back.
