Many positives but poor AC
Many positives, including the parking, pool area, breakfast, service and calmness. Airconditioning made noise all night, but room was 27 degrees and humid. Subtract one star and delete word luxury.

4 Eclissi più che 4 stelle
L’hotel è una locanda e le 4 stelle non corrispondono alle aspettative. Anni 70 in tutti i sensi, compresi arredi con la ruggine, moquette, cavi a vista e chiavi fisiche con serrature lasche, ci sarebbe da fare una grossa manutenzione. In piscina è presente un ‘bar’, ma senza menu, il cameriere non sa cosa è possibile ordinare figuriamoci i prezzi, ma i tavoli sono apparecchiati come da pranzo, con tanto di tovaglia in cotone. Non si può mangiare però, al massimo un toast e bisogna sperare sia possibile. Non una comanda firmata, non un conto. Il giorno della partenza si può rimanere in piscina fino alle 12, non oltre. La colazione fino alle 10 con turnazione. Personale non formato per un hotel a 4 stelle, non disposto all’ascolto e al dialogo. Bellissime le eclissi di Artemide originali 1965, ma non bastano.

Wir waren zwei Ehepaare und hatten je ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück über HOFER- Reisen gebucht. Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Zimmerschlüssel aus den 60ern - Uralttechnik. Es geht weniger um die Sicherheit, sondern vielmehr darum, dass man anfangs rund eine Minute benötigt um auf- oder zuzusperren (der Schlüssel muss in der "richtigen" Tiefe ins Schloss geführt werden) Die Bewirtung - Frühstück und mögliches Abendessen - liegt NICHT in der Hand des Hotels. Diese Dienstleistung wurde an ein anderes Unternehmen ausgelagert!?! Frühstücksbuffet wirklich schlechte Auswahl. Brot, Wurst, Käse wird tatsächlich nur nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Absolut unverständlich, zumal das wirklich unfreundliche Personal - bei schwacher Gästebelegung - nicht ansatzweise gestresst sein konnte. Wir hatten vier Nächte gebucht. Das schlechte Wetter hat uns aber "in die Karten gespielt", so sind wir gerne nach drei Nächten abgereist. Cinque Terre ist jedenfalls eine Reise wert. Dieses Hotel leider definitiv nicht.

Dit hotel is een prima hotel voor èèn of een paar dagen het heeft een leuk buiten zwembad met terras waar je ook kunt dineren. Het ligt wel buiten het stadje en het heeft wel veel onderhoud nodig. De kamers en badkamer zijn goed en hebben airco. De bedden zijn prima. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Er is geen gezellige lounge om te zitten Het ontbijt is prima het diner is minder.

Siamo andati con amici dopo aver ordinato una catalana con aragosta già da settimane prima...quella che ci è stata data era una aragosta piccola e non sufficiente ai ns occhi come volevamo...il vino versato non ha soddisfatto i ns amici intenditori che hanno chiesto specifiche etichette ...insomma pur essendo clienti da lunga data non siamo usciti soddisfatti ...peccato Enrico cena finita con un sorbetto tiepido...errore.. spero nel prox futuro!!!

Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.
