The room is in good condition and neat and clean. Adorable price according to Room quality. Location is nearby railway station and Bus stand. Staff behaviour is good. food is really good.

Batra palace is the worst choice for hotel and do not book any rooms here it's all dusty and uncleaned and the taps or water doesn't work

The property is not looked after at all. The towels had baby cockroaches on it and when i got new towels it had spiders. The room was dusty all around and the pillows were filthy and the bed has no springs which will hurt your back. It is also located in between a fruit market and there is a lot of nuisance in the area. Very unsafe and very unhygienic.
