They did not seem to expect us, as we arrived somewhat late (9pm). There was not a room available, so they put us in what seemed to be a family guest house that someone had been using throughout the day. The room was not clean.

The place was great , well located inside an oasis. The rooms where bearely clean, no hands towels in the bathroom, not bathroom carpets .wifi very poor , only at the reception.The arrival is possible from 12 but no one is there to welcome you, so you have to wait.The most unpleasant part is that they do not accept credit or debit cards but this information is not provided till the moment of departure and the first ATM is 3km far ....
I use to travel in Morocco and at the arrival tea and cookies are offered , here only tea and no dattes , there were palms and dattes all around us but we cannot taste none of them, we had a very poor welcome , the worst one during our road trip.

Nous avions réservé entièrement le Riad pour notre groupe ( 36 personnes) ainsi que la salle pour fêter trois anniversaires et le réveillon de l'an entre nous et avions payé en conséquence. A l'arrivée, il y avait un autre groupe et certains ont dû aller dormir dans un autre hôtel. La salle ne nous était pas réservée. Nous avions également commandé deux moutons pour le méchoui et quatre poulets. Nous avons mettre les 2 moutons et les poulets dans le four en terre mais lorsque le four a été ouvert en fin cuisson, il n'y avait plus de poulets. Il a fallu se battre pour avoir un poulet et le reste du repas n'était pas à la hauteur de la commande. Le patron nous a dit le lendemain que l'autre groupe avait voulu prolonger et qu'il lui avait donné nos chambres ... Au final, le prix n'a pas bougé ... Méfiez-vous les personnes qui tiennent ce Riad ne sont pas fiables et leur honnêteté est discutable ...

Nous avons déjeuné à 5 dans ce Riad le jour de Noël. L’accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire et la beauté des lieux dans une palmeraie est extraordinaire. Les plats sont copieux et succulents. Meilleure tajine lors de notre circuit d’une semaine au Maroc.

Riad exceptionnelle, un havre de paix au milieu de la palmeraie. C'est la deuxième fois que nous y revenons. Un personnel au petit soins.
Houcine le papa, Yassine et ses frères sont d'une gentillesse et toujours attentif a vos besoins.
Si vous passez par Zagora c'est au Riad Soleil du monde qu'il faut aller.

Magnifique piscine. Très beau cadre. Dommage que la 2eme piscine moins récente soit moins entretenue. Chambres propres et fonctionnelles, personnel très gentil et serviable. Repas correct , un peu inégal selon les plats. L hôtel attend des transats qui manquaient et chaises pour le confort des clients . Belle escale dans cet oasis de paix.
