住了兩晚，酒店是由兩座奧斯曼建築改成的，花園佈置得很好也很乾凈，房間也還不錯。服務確實不敢恭維，完全配不上這麼好的硬件設施；員工毫無積極性，我們有一個大行李箱，入住以及退房的時候因為樓梯很多很窄搬得非常吃力，酒店前台以及其他員工也衹是冷眼旁觀，完全沒有要幫忙的意識；如果一個人入住而且行李很多的需要注意了。早餐還行但是品種很少，服務員也衹是呆坐在旁邊，從來不會主動問你要喝什麼之類的。另外酒店旁邊的酒吧一到晚上就會很吵（到0點左右會停）。

Good overall, however there was a band playing during our 2 nights until 12:00pm, so it was hard to sleep . If you need a quiet hotel find something else. Also they informed that breakfast starts at 07:00 but it was never the case. Better to go at 08:00 am otherwise most of the food is not ready. The hotel is very clean and beautiful.

Otele girisimizdeki karşılama çok samimi ve ilgiliydi. Bize ırmak tarafından bir oda verdiler. Oda çok temizdi, zaten otelin her noktasında hijyeni hissediyorsunuz. Konum olarak Amasya'da gezilecek her noktaya yakın. Oda - kahvaltı konseptinde çalışıyorlar. Kahvaltısı ceşit olarak yeterli ve lezzetli. Otel personeli çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Amasya ya tekrar gelirsem yine burada kalmak isterim. Tavsiye ederim.

Albergo vicino ai più importanti siti storici e ai ristoranti. Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Avevamo segnalato , via mail che saremmo arrivati verso mezzanotte e non abbiamo avuto problemi per il check in. Ho anche chiesto se era fattibile cambiare la nostra camera, sempre sul fiume, con la camera con balcone e la mattina seguente abbiamo effettuato lo spostamento . La camera, contre finestre e una portafinestre (provviste di zanzariere) era luminosa e spaziosissima, con divano, grande scrivania, un frigo bar molto ben fornito. Ottima qualità del sonno data dalla silenziosita e le tende oscuranti. Bagno di guste dimensioni con tutti i prodotti di cortesia, compreso il balsamo per capelli. Gli ambienti molto puliti.Piacevolissimo sedersi sul balconcino e godersi il panorama.La colazione si faceva nell'incantevole giardino, era dolce e salata con buona varietà di formaggi , marmellate, uova yogurt e cibi locali caldi. Ottima wifi Un soggiorno molto piacevole
