My family and I stayed here twice in the past week. once by chance, stopping very late at night after the end of a long travel day. The night time desk clerk was friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfprtable. The next morning we at their very good breakfast buffet, and our four year old had some time to use the beautiful indoor pool. Though exhausted we were delighted by our stay and mad certain to stop back there again on the return trip. It did not disappoint. Once again the room was comfortable and very clean, and even though we arrived very near the end of the breakfast buffet, they were very friendly and did not hesitate to bring out new, fresh items, and replenish the waffle batter (have to take advantage of that waffle iron for the fresh waffle). My wife had a very nice conversation with the food service manager who was incredibly friendly. Every person I encountered there in both stays was friendly and helpful. Any time future travel or business brings me or the family to Amarillo I will certainly stay here again.

We were at this same hotel last year (2022) and the year before (2021) and the pool was closed this year it is still closed. It says it is under renovation. Over two years to renovate a pool?? Unlike the hotel we stayed at the previous night with a pool that has been closed over a year, at least this hotel doesn't list it has a pool on its website. You can use the one at the Fairfield that is 10 miles away in which you would need to use the busy interstate. They also did not have WiFi. They said they were waiting for someone to fix it. We had to use our phones. Good thing we had plenty of data left. Our room is a suite room. The living room side has a desk, desk chair wall lamp, TV and three drawers. There is also a couch, chair, end table, and table lamp. The bedroom side had a king bed, end tables on each end with two drawers, a TV, and ottoman and a chest of drawers with three drawers. It has a closet with an ironing board in iron. The bathroom has a large vanity. The toiletries are on the wall. They are Alice Co. On the vanity there is a small soap and make up remover. It also has a hair dryer.

This is our go to stop on the way to Colorado. This stay was as good as all the rest! Clean rooms, lobby, good breakfast and fast check in- check out. This time we had a small reservation issue on my side and the Wyndham web site, but Shelly and Amanda took great care of us to straighten things out. Things like this definitely clinch our loyalty for sure. Thanks and see you on the return. Oh an location is a plus for avoiding I-40 mostly.

Brought our dog and we’re welcomed. We were on the second floor and had no major noise issues. Our room was clean, provided toiletries were missing however not a problem for our one night stay. The back of the hotel is very grassy and clean and our dog loved rolling in the grass! The free breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The egg omelette was tasty with American cheese, the bacon was crispy, my husband loved the link Turkey sausage and the patty sausage as well. There were also muffins and breakfast pastries. Service was friendly! It was a great overnight stay.

Very comfy bed. Clean room. Friendly staff. Very enjoyable. We were able to park our large truck and trailer there. Many places we can’t stay at because the parking lots are way too cramped or there just isn’t room to get in and park. The breakfast was good too
