The room smelled damp from the moment you entered the room, there was mold in the bathroom, the carpet was super dirty and full of stains, and the sheets were stained with liquid and torn. The only thing we really liked was the breakfast and the pool hours but even the housekeeping service was terrible. do not be fooled by the photos they do not tell the truth

The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that the shower and sink drip. It’s not a deal breaker in my opinion but it’s really the only thing that comes to mind. Spacious room with a sitting area, comfy beds and clean. We ordered food from a local restaurant and it was a nice way to wind down. Breakfast was ample and had plenty of options.

My experience was otherwise fine, except I got charged for smoking even though I didn't. I am a heavy smoker, so even without smoking in the room, it can leave a smell behind when I leave. I live in hotels for work more than I'm even at home, and yet it's only so often I come across a hotel that can't tell the difference, and am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Smokers beware, they will charge you whether you smoke in the room or not.

Mistakenly, I booked here instead of where I had intended to, but we stayed. The hotel room was nice and clean. Only two complaints are, when checking in the young lady told us nothing, she just handed me the keys. We had no idea the best way to get to our room, or the hours of breakfast. Also, we went to breakfast at 9:15 and there were only a very few eggs, no meat at all and she was starting to put everything up. I don’t know, I expected a little more from Comfort Inn. It’s an ok place to stay if you need someplace.

I was checking in while my husband was parking the car. To sketch the situation, I am a tiny white haired woman. The woman at the frontdesk was very friendly and nice, but she was new to the frontdesk, so when I asked her if we could pay cash, she called her supervisor if this was a possibility, which it was. While she was calling, my husband walked in, standing next to me waiting. Again to sketch the situation, my husband is a white male famous tattooartist, abviously covered in tattoos. The woman checking us in was still normal, super friendly telling us that paying cash is not a problem, while she gets a call back from her superior. And she honestly hung up the phone, shocked. She had to decline our request to stay over night because her superior looked on the camera and did not allowed us to stay due to the fact that my husband is covered in tattoos.

We looked at the pictures online and thought this hotel looked nice and fairly new. Looks can be deceiving as we all know! The two rooms we got weren’t that clean and new. The worse part was the sleeper sofas where our grandkids had to sleep! The mattresses were lumpy and so thin!! Never again will we go by pictures!

This hotel was ok. Room was a good size and bed was extremely comfortable. We had a couple of small cockroaches in the bathroom when we arrived but easily got rid of them. Check in was swift and easy and the lady at the breakfast was really nice and helpful. No one was at reception when we left however just left key at reception after lady at the breakfast area told us too. Like I said this place was fine and also really central.

Didn’t even stay the night. Walked into our room, ready to relax, saw cockroaches all over the room, gathered the kids, and walked out. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had an experience like this before. 🤮
