we had planned our stay for 12/07/24 to 14/07/24 for 2 nights,however we left after staying for a night due to absolutely shabby state of the tent rooms . It was supposed to be Luxury ac tent however there was nothing luxury in it , we came across spiders(pic enclosed),big black ants eating dead earth worm,pest control needs to be done ,there’s no ventilation in the bathroom therefore it smelled all the time (pic enclosed) . There’s lot of power outrage especially during nights and it get pitched dark and no alternative’s done for that,not even a basic candle in the room . the table,chairs provide outside looked like a local bar types(pic enclosed). As per the add in company site it say there’s TV,but couldn’t find it in the room, So basically it’s a cheating,and we were charged 7500/- inr per night excluding tax for this “LUXURY AC TENT”,which lacked even a basic hygiene.

The resort is located on the edge of lake Vaitarna. Has a nice garden and open areas providing beautiful sunset views. There are about 7 tents in the facility and one restaurant, besides a large villa. The rooms are a bit run down and the bathrooms are smelly. The service experience during check-in, dining and housekeeping is mixed, amateurish and, although the staff is courteous, did not meet our expectations.
