Instalaciones viejas y poco cuidadas, servicio deficiente, mala atención, mala relación calidad precio. Tiene muy buena ubicación, pero lamentablemente está totalmente desaprovechado por los malos servicios que ofrece y por la carencia de personal.

Las instalaciones del complejo son bastante pésimas y nada cuidadas, super antiguas y la madera podrida. La casa que se nos asignó no se le ha hecho mantenimiento desde que se construyó, allá por la postguerra probablemente. Las camas lamentables, los muelles se te meten en la espalda y las almohadas malísimas, me fui a casa con un dolor de cervicales bastante severo. Además, he visto culos de vacas con menos moscas que en la casa esa. Te cobran extras por todo, pero ni siquiera te suministran papel higienico o bolsas de basura y si te dejas un solo papel olvidado por el suelo, te cobran €40 o pierdes la fianza. Se les nota que no les importa mucho los clientes, pero si su dinero. Un sitio idóneo para NO volver. Hasta nunca.

Abandonado sin limpieza ni piscina ni restaurante, nada todo cerrado las patedes sucias los suelos rotos los grifos pierden agua con goteras en los techos, las ibstalaciones son de la guerra civil y esta muy pero que muy abandonado, nos revolvieron en la ropa, no puedo decir nada bueno, lo unico daros un consejo, no vallais

Estancia agradable para visitar la zona y hacer senderismo. En el establecimiento la atención personal excelente en recepción. Hemos tenido problemas a la hora de bañarnos en la piscina, pues cuando hemos ido la hemos encontrado cerrada fuera de servicio, por lo que es como si no hubiera piscina. En mi opinión, al apartamento nuestro le faltaba menaje, cuchillos que cortaran. Detalles. Las instalaciones dan sensación de abandono. Tanto la piscina, como la pista de futbol, la pista de tenis o el escenario que tienen montado. La piscina no la hemos llegado a ver abierta. Desde luego, no está como en la foto ni mucho menos.
