Zum Restaurant vorab: ein traditionell ländliches Gebäude mit Geschichte. Neben einer breiten Auswahl hochwertiger Getränke und der üblichen Speisen- und Getränkekarte erhält man eine tagesaktuelle Angebotspalette auf einer Tafel. Nach der Auswahl und Bestellung erhält man ein Amuse geule zum Aperitif, dann kommt die Vorspeise, das Hauptgericht und der Nachtisch, alles passend aufeinander abgestimmt - wie in einem 5 Sterne Restaurant! Der Service ist zugewandt und fachkundig . zusammengefasst: Nix zu meckern! Zum Jahreswechsel ist ein Betreiberwechsel angekündigt.

ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Garten hin, geschmackvoll renoviert und sauber. Sehr gute Matratzen. Die Gastgeber und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Schön eingerichteter Gastraum mit Wintergarten. Der Küchenchef versteht sein Handwerk - das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker mit qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten. Auf der Getränkekarte besonders hervorzuheben ist der regionale Wein aus der Lüneburger Heide (ja! im Nachbardorf gibt es den einzigen Winzer Niedersachsens - Witt-Wein.de).
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Haus gerne.

Enjoyed my stay at the this hotel. Quite and clean town. The staff were really nice and professional. I will strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bad Bevensen
