Kurztrip über Ostern
Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub im Torfhaus, ich kannte das Hotel schon von einem früheren Aufenthalt, alles super, einzig dass es kein Fruhstückangebot gab sondern nur ein Lunchpaket war etwas schlecht, jedoch wurde zumindest an den Werktagen in der benachbarten Alm ein Frühstückbuffet angeboten.

Stanza piccola anche se nuova. Purtroppo la colazione non è servita ma è data da asporto. Non c’è ristorante e nessu caffè vicino per una colazione. Bene la sauna e il relax. Prezzo troppo alto per il servizio offerto. Non c’è servizio lavanderia.

Ich kenne das Hotel schon ein bisschen länger. Frühstück für Geschäftsreisende ab 08:00 Uhr ein bisschen spät.
In der Sauna funktionierte eine Dusche nicht und auch meine Leselampe über der Liege nicht.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Harz. Mit dem Kamin kann man es sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gemütlich machen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass nur eine recht kleine Pfanne zum braten zur Verfügung steht. Was ein Vorteil ist, Mann kann nach Anmeldung an der Rezeption den Harzturm kostenfrei besichtigen. Bei schönem Wetter, kann man sehr weit in den Harz schauen. Das ist aber ein recht trauriger Anblick, wenn man die ganzen kahlen Stellen und abgestorbenen Bäume sieht.
