Overwall we had a great stay at the Parkroyal Melaka resort with the location nearby Outlet that combined with full of shopping and eating choices! However, the first upon after checking and there’s bad smelling from the bedsheets for 2rooms that we have booked. the cleanliness of room definitely need to be improved.

It was my first time staying at Parkroyal A'Famosa Resort, before this we used to stay at the city. This time, we decided to stay away from town and it was a great experience.
The area of the hotel so huge, surrounding by a golf course and in the night, you may hear the sounds on crickets. The facilities also complete, our kids enjoyed the playground, kids club and the swimming pools (with the slides). The hotel knows how to keeps kids busy by giving out the "ticket", with a stamp/chop once they visited the dedicated area.
The bedroom so comfortable, (we got free upgrade to Premium Suite) and we loved almost everything in the room. Rooms and bathroom is so clean, all the amenities are great.
The food also delicious, from the pastry, main course and the desert. I will surely repeat in future! Thank you for all the warm and hospitality during our stay. The staff is well trained, positive attitude and always greet you with a smile

quite frustated that i didnt get the view as per booking. room is clean but our shower room has blocked drainage.good breakfast & have a lot of choices but waited almost 30mins for my coffee cup.
overall was a decent stay for a GHA’s hotel

We had such a great time staying at Park Royal Malacca with our two kids! From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing—everyone was so friendly and helpful, which made everything so much easier for us as a family.
The kids absolutely loved the pool and the kids' room. They were entertained for hours, which gave us some time to relax too! The food was fantastic, with so many options that even the kids were happy. One thing we all really enjoyed was the teh tarik performance—it wasn’t just tasty, but watching the preparation was so fun and entertaining!
It was such a lovely, stress-free getaway. If you're traveling with kids, this place is a gem!
