Ligger fantastisk gåafstand til byen; stranden. Skønne suiter. Et minus er at der ikke er internet ved pool området. Det bør der være i 2024.

SPECTACULAR. The details, sculptures, especially the thousands of mirrors, hallways, flourishes, general decorations, interior and exterior lighting. It takes us into a landscape of unparalleled vegetation, the patios, the cozy pool, with its humble waterfall, make the place a place of relaxation and also of friendship. The dining room buffet with super comfortable chairs, and its extremely helpful employees, make it a place that many restaurants would like. Just the food is so delicious and not repetitive that it already has a "I take my hat off" The rooms are super spacious and worth visiting. Very large living room with dining table and large kitchen with everything you need for a perfect stay. The cleaning service is also daily and reception, we do not leave it behind, also worthy of a hat. All its employees hat off. It also has a mini club for children and a snack bar at the foot of the pool. The restaurant inside is beautiful, I would only make one suggestion, and that is a grand piano in the centre and a swimming pool in the surrounding area, with this it would be one of the best I have visited. It is worth going just for a day to enjoy it.

Very large hotel, not very clean, our room was infested with ants on the floor on the shower towels, in the bathroom, despite the notice to the reception nothing was done. 2 days, paid €500. The pool was the only nice and positive thing. At check out the receptionist's response was sorry. Abundant breakfast but difficult to find a clean table to sit on. I'm sorry but we didn't find ourselves at all well and they didn't help us at all.

Absolute Vollkatastrophe: angepriesene Poolanlage total verdreckt und mit Möwenkacke versaut....ein Badeparadies für die Möwen, aber nicht für die Gäste. Ebenso sind die Becken der Brunnen wohl auch länger nicht gereinigt worden: verschleimtes und stinkendes Wasser. Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr laut. Man hört leider alles. Der Zustand lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig: alles alt und nur überstrichen. Klospülungen hängen dauernd und die Schlösser der Badtüren sind defekt. Die Witzfigur von der Rezeption musste öfters kommen um, mit Werkzeug, die Türen wieder freizugegeben. Unsere Tochter war sogar für längere Zeit auch darin eingeschlossen. Dies brachte das Fass vollends zum Überlaufen und gab uns dann somit den Rest, das Hotel umgehend zu verlassen. Das Essen war eine Zumutung: ständig kalt und immer das gleiche. Keine Babykost. Bei Vollpension kein Getränk dabei: alles muss extra bezahlt werden. Der verlogene Hotelmanager versprach uns dann zuerst, dass er als kleine Wiedergutmachung den Transfer für das neue Hotel übernimmt, was er dann beim Checkout wieder zurücknahm. Von ******* kam, trotz sofortiger Reklamation, bisher keinerlei Unterstützung bzw. eine Entschädigung!!!!! Hotelwechsel inkl. Transfer mussten wir selber organisieren und auch bezahlen. Rechtliche Schritte behalten wir uns vor. Dieses Hotel ist absolut keine 4 Sterne wert. Mitarbeiter sind aber größtenteils bemüht und nett und für mich, neben den geprellten Gästen, ebenfalls die Leidtragenden.

Seeing that the hotel cost around 2000€ for 4 people, I thought the hotel would be very luxurious, but it felt more like an old hotel whose best days had passed. The decor was, for some strange reason, full of broken mirrors (warning to the superstitious), and the interior needed updating in many parts. If you have the opportunity to choose a room, never choose the ones with a view of the street and/or on the top floor, because they are the worst. (Unfortunately, my room faced the street and was on the top floor.) It was deadly hot in the room, and to top it off, the air conditioning, instead of blowing fresh air, blew out foul air. We reported this to reception twice, but to no avail. The food was mediocre. Although there were some things that were good, and I liked the dynamics of the all-you-can-eat buffet, the low quality of most of the products dashed my hopes. Next point: Distances. The website I looked at said that the hotel was "on the beach front" but it was almost a 20 minute walk away. Speaking of false promises, it also said "shows in the gardens", but the liveliest part of the gardens (actually the most beautiful part of the hotel) was a tacky children's disco. The only thing that saves the hotel is the pool, which was fabulous, and was the only thing in the hotel that could deserve 4 stars. In short, don't be fooled by first appearances, because in this case, they are often deceptive.

Alldeles för högt pris i förhållande till område och hotellets skick. Poolen stängde kl 20 och öppnade kl 11. Detta gjorde att vi inte kunde använda poolen dagen för utcheckning. Det drar ner betyget rejält.
