Fantástico todo, los, trabajadores súper atentos, limpieza de 10.
Solo una recomendación, tienen que cambiar los ascensores, nos, quedamos atrapados media hora y no hemos sido los únicos.
Por favor es, primordial la seguridad de estas maquinas.
Por lo demás excelente.
Si tienes la tarjeta Club tienes descuento en parking y muchas más cosas. Genial, yo soy del club desde 2010

Die Anlage ist stark in die Jahre gekommen.
Das schlimmste ist die Lage hoch auf einem Berg, weit weg von 2 möglichen Stränden (grobe Kieselstrände).
Es soll ein Bus-Shuttle alle 20 min. fahren. In Wirklichkeit nur 1 x pro Stunde. Es passen aber nur 34 Personen in den Bus, so dass man auch mal noch eine Stunde auf den nächsten Bus warten kann.
Wenn man Pech hat (wir hatten 2 mal hintereinander Pech) kommt der letzte Bus nicht und man kann eine halbe Stunde in der prallen Sonne eine halbe Stunde lang den steilen Berg zum Hotel hoch laufen.
Das Essen in der Kantine ist nie warm, maximal lauwarm oder kalt.
Die Atmosphäre in der Kantine gleicht einer industriellen Großkantine - sehr ungemütlich.
Der Gesamteindruck war einfach schrecklich, diese Anlage werden wir nie wieder besuchen.

The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc

Nos alojamos en los apartamentos y de entrada la recepción de pena, y los fines de semana cerrada. Para cualquier cosa tienes q dirigirte o llamar a la recepción del hotel. Cuando llegamos nos explicaron cómo funcionaba todo y al principio un poco lioso la verdad, la recepción estaba en la 5 planta nosotros nos alojamos en la segunda y para acceder al restaurante, piscina..... Teníamos que atravesar x el parkin en la planta -1. Teníamos pensión completa, el desayuno perfecto pero el almuerzo y la cena más bien floja no te entra nada de bebida la botella de agua 2'40. Sacan la comida a cuenta gotas x lo q si quieres repetir te toca esperar. Elegimos este hotel para ir en familia pero la animación está más entonada a adultos q a niños. Las animadoras del mini club hacia. De animadoras de adultos xq había pocos niños aunque nos comentaron q si las necesitábamos la llamaremos. El apartamento es super grande y muy limpio. El personal en general muy amable. Los alrededores del hotel está como en obras y algo feillo no sabíamos bien donde nos metíamos pero ya con los días allí fuimos aprendiendo. Esa zona es preciosa tiene unos paisajes preciosos.

Volvimos después de 14 años, ahora con mis hijos y la verdad, ha sido una semana maravillosa. Las instalaciones estupendas, los apartamentos grandes y equipados, todo muy limpio. El servicio de Todo Incluido estupendo, puedes comer y beber a cualquier hora.... Nunca falta nada ni en el buffet ni en el bar. La comida está francamente buena, hay que saber dónde vamos y lo que pagamos. Yo no voy allí para que me pongan caviar y bogavante... Pero cada día temática diferente. El personal inmejorable... Sergio super amable y atento, sus compañeros igual, y los camareros Kevin, Michael, Adrián,... La animación para los niños también muy simpáticos todos,ellos han disfrutado muchísimo.En fin, todos , lo hacen muy bien para que los que vamos a relajarnos unos días estemos a gusto y sin preocupaciones, que es de lo que sw trata. Sin duda creo que algún día volvemos. Gracias 😊 🫂

Todo espectacular, y señalar en grande la amabilidad y disposición del personal de sala y cocina. El personal de limpieza también muy amable. Le añadiría algunos toboganes o algo así para diversión de los más pequeños. Volvería de nuevo sin duda alguna.
