They charged me twice the amount of the room, I had the stay prepared through trip and they charged me again claiming that it wasn't. I have subsequently had both charges and continue to complain without success.
The hotel is far away and you always depend on the taxi.
Breakfast was not what was expected. The hotel was crowded and there was no option to sit on the terrace, it was hot inside and although they sell the juice as natural, it is from a bottle.
Correct service but very slow.
The pool is in shade all afternoon and finding an available housekeeper is an adventure.
Frankly there are better options in Lisbon and probably cheaper since I am still demanding a refund for the duplicate payment.
The after-sales service is disastrous, they do not answer emails and I continue trying by all means to recover my money.
