All staff were so friendly and welcoming! Pedro greeted us with such a big smile and even gave us chocolates and drinks after realizing it’s my birthday. The room’s spacious and comfortable, you can easily ask to replenish the amenities in the room :) The hotel is gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was newly opened. Service staff wasn’t very friendly. Body wash was emptied in the toilet which was unacceptable for a hotel

An overall great experience in this hotel. The room I got was cute and has a small kitchen, it has the appliances you need to cook a meal, and plates, utensils as well, there is even a oven that you can heat up all the pastries you brought back to your room, the pastel de nata in the cafe down stairs at the hotel’s lobby were good. But what save my trip was the washer/dryer in the room, been travel for almost 2 weeks without doing laundry until I checked in to this hotel. If I’ve ever returned to Lisbon, will definitely stay in the hotel again.

A relatively newly opened hotel. Very unique vibe and lament not being able to spend more time there owing to work.
Room was clean and well thought out.
Gym treadmills were not working properly.
Pool and Bar area was visually very appealing.

The new one smells a lot of formaldehyde. It gives me a headache. This price is not good for a clean room without complete supplies.

Very cute hotel and clean room. The city studio came equipped with a washer. Although there was an issue with our first wash, the reception was able to help immediately (at almost 1:00 am!). We are very impressed with the service.
