The property is well maintained. The location is away from the city noise which is good part. You can enjoy the in-front beach. Food was ok.

It is not 4star but location is good -its anywhere between 2-3 star. Small hotel with 10 rooms only. Has small beach area at walking distance a bit remote and limited. Limited food options due to small size of hotel. Not suggest for others to book

We were supposed to stay there for two nights but stayed only one night. It’s a bit dodgy. However, if you don't care much about hygiene and cleanliness, it’s an okay place. Off-season, there are many better places available for a good price. Not worth staying there unless you have no other choice. Positive points: * Great location * Friendly personnel Negative points: * Dirty * Poor condition of the rooms (we had leakage) * Very limited food availability

Rooms -8/10- nice and spacious, good view also. Pool -6/10- not that clean, but u can enjoy. Food -7/10 -tasty but limited options. No buffet. Private beach- 7/10 - it just a nearest beach

In the backwater town of Alleppy, this resort is located on the actual beach. Location is good and other things were reasonable like check in and hospitality. The most critical issue was the food. It was pretty ordinary in quality and options. Sea food in a beach location was scarce and it was more focused on chicken and beef. Please be aware of this scam. Despite breakfast inclusion, coffe like Cappuccino was chargeable making guests lick filter coffee. This is a shameful thing. Resorts claiming some sort of standing should not resort to such cheap things. You need to drastically improve upon food quality
