Poor room services. Had asked for warm drinking water for my mother, but the reception did not bother to send to the room. Room was neat and clean but the door in the bathroom was broken and not maintained. At this cost of nearly 3800 for a room expected better.

One of the worst expirence in my life. 1. Proprety not maintained. 2. Rooms are like hell, no cleaness, broken furniture, bad smell in room. 3. Bathrooms is like nightmare, very old, toilet seat cover is not their, water is contaminated, no hot water. Rating -0/5
4. Poll not maintained, water is not changing everyday. Rating-1/5. 5. Never recommended - overall-rating-1/5 6. Food never try, i lost my money beacuse not preparing daily.

Once upon a time this must have been one of the best resorts today it has lost its charm due to aging ad non renovation,old worn out Johnson hunderd year old lifts,dingy resturaunt,shabby furinture narrate the story of bygone era,saving grace is loyal and efficent staff,it has a pool ad birds,spred over large areas,it badly needs upgradation or else....

Disappointing Experience at pagoda resorts My recent stay at [Resort Name] was far from satisfactory. The experience was marred by multiple issues that made our visit uncomfortable. Firstly, the cleanliness of the resort was subpar. We encountered dirty linen and cushions upon arrival, and the bathroom was not up to standard. Additionally, the wardrobes in our room were damaged, which added to the overall sense of neglect. The amenities were lacking as well. The AC in our room was ineffective, unable to cool below 25 degrees, making it difficult to stay comfortable. We also found the absence of double bed cushions to be inconvenient. Housekeeping was poor, with inadequate attention to detail, and room service was frustratingly slow. It took an excessive 20 minutes to receive milk for our baby, which is unacceptable for any establishment, especially one claiming to cater to families. Lastly, the staff's attitude was disappointing. Instead of providing assistance, they came across as arrogant, adding to our frustration. Overall, the resort fell short of expectations in cleanliness, service, and comfort. I would not recommend pagoda resorts based on this experience.

I'm a hotelier myself so i know how busy the operation works. But the time i went we're not busy at all yet took time to deliver packets of salt i requested in room service. Also i booked for a free breakfast in which i thought will be included throughout the stay. But was given a one time token instead. So it should be mentioned through the app before booking that it's only a one time breakfast.

Pleasant place and excellent hospitality. All staff's are kind and helpul. Restaurant taste is amazing. Especially kerala fish curry superb
