Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

Excellent view, cool ambience, pleasing service... House boat also clean and well maintained.. Authentic Kerala food with fresh water fish... Experienced staff and super good service.. Well maintained property... Beautifully Blended with nature..

At this price this hotel is not justified. Quality is medium and staff is good but food quality not good. Rooms are not very clean

Experience in sterling was very average. First of all, we were given the wrong room to start. We stayed in the wrong category room for 1 day and when asked we were shifted to the correct room. Restaurant service was also average.

Staffs are very undertrained. Not at all keen towards customer service. No one came forward and explained about the services available there. They actually don't care whether the customer is actually about their services or not

Best resort experience so far. Food, spa, room, swimming pool, bar, services , boathouse etc each and every thing is great 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 A must visit resort, if you are planning for a luxurious and comfortable alleppey trip. And excellent staffs behaviour. Thanks a ton for making our alleppey trip damn special and beautiful ❤️

they have definitely got the best location , rooms needs some good renovation and required to be sparkling clean , I am sure they will be able to do it , rest our stay was great and we eventually did a lot of water sports . Also one of the employee Yash who gives us very good service in the restaurant. Thanku so much Yash.
