The room type selected by this hotel has a peculiar smell when staying in. The room is spacious. I paid extra to change to another room type. The sheets and bedding are not clean.

BB one night phone booking, what was promised was not fulfilled at all. Very Poor experience including lobby, staff, elevator, parking, customer service & care. Management is not even keen for customer’s complaints about booking promised services, no attitude for attention.

It is a very poor and dilapidated hotel with very bad service. The furniture is very old and there are insects and ants in the cupboards and floors. The bathroom taps are broken. The place is not clean and there is dust everywhere. It is not clean at all. I do not advise anyone to visit it. It is a really bad experience.

We had a great stay in this decent, clean hotel with a bright room. The manager is very friendly and always accommodating. We had massages which was nice. We even booked one more night for wellness. We recommend.
