Le personnel est très sympa! Je n’ai pas eu une chambre vue mer mais juste partielle comme j’avais réservé. Le matelas pas confortable. Salle de bain juste juste . Trop de bruit des voitures mauvaise isolation 😞.
J’ai demandé un petit déjeuner tôt mais il voulait me charger alors mon petit déjeuner été compris dans la réservation😱 donc je ne l’ai pas pris!

Short family trip to Alexandria
During a short trip with family to Alexandria City, we selected plaza hotel to book 3 rooms for 2 nights. The Hotel location is good and there are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The rooms are small but clean and comfort with side sea view. Breakfast is just Okay with limited varieties. Car Parking is 50 meters away from the hotel in the same street with almost EGP35 per night. Staff are friendly and helpful. The overall stay was very good and we will book the hotel again for our future short trips to Alexandria.

I stayed here 4 nights. I was given a room on 2nd floor with sea view. There were no towels provided and WiFi didn’t work in the room. The room was small with only basic facilities. Sea view means facing a 6 lane busy road with lots of noise - early plugs needed. Breakfast was free but regularly ran out of basics like juice and coffee. WiFi only worked in foyer

Hôtel bien situé à Alexandrie mais ne mérite absolument pas ses étoiles ! Nous sommes arrivés tard après plus de 5h de route Pas un verre d'eau ou autre boisson comme l'ont fait les autres hôtels. Les chambres sont juste moyennes Le petit dejeuner insipide L'accueil au bord de la froideur . Bref je déconseille cet hôtel

very rude woman on reception extremely bad attitude towards me. the older man in the restaurant was very friendly the rest was ok . bed rock hard and had to pay for parking very slow service i think they all need training in customer service , not good for english guests

Wont recommend for the following reasons: Dirty bed sheets (yellowish white covers and pillows with yellow stains) Window glass buried in dirt. So sad since sea view is nice but you cannot enjoy because of the filthy windows. Plates and mugs at breakfast didn't look clean at all. Table sheets in restaurant were dirty, not ironed and with very clear tears in the cloth Only one elevator for 12 floors.. they claim its been like that for a week but other reviews show it been alot longer than that are commonly occuring Furniture old and run down.. Chair in room had food stains on it. Good points if you're still considering .. heating working in winter .. nice view if they cleaned the windows or you opened the window ..warm water in bathroom . Some restaurant staff trying hard to be helpful despite the chaos
