Hilton Alexandria Corniche

I only stayed for one day and it was unbearable. The attitude of the front desk was extremely arrogant and unreasonable. Even if there were no customers, they had to chat with you before checking you in. The facilities and equipment were extremely old, and they were only up to the three-star standard in China. The most unbearable thing was that the sheets and quilts were all pilling to the point of being disgusting. My skin was allergic after waking up from a sleep. I ate on the basement floor. I thought it was the employee restaurant, but I went to the wrong place. I don’t understand why and why it was listed as Hilton. There was nothing to visit around. For the sea view room, you have to lean out of the balcony to see the sea in the gap. The Cecil room I stayed in before was a little smaller, but the view and service were not at the same level as this one. I really regretted not staying there and came to book this Hilton that opened my eyes. I must thank the Ctrip platform here. I booked the wrong date for one of the rooms. The front desk refused to change it for me. Later, Ctrip coordinated to let me check in. Thank you Ctrip!

The room was very noisy, the surrounding environment was poor, and the front desk service was terrible. In comparison, the location and service of Steigenberger would be much better.

Excellent breakfast, cool outdoor heated pool. Too bad the beach is not working, renovation is underway (but it's not high season anymore). Comfortable bed, clean, everything is good. No robe, toothbrushes, but you can probably ask at the reception, I didn't ask. Overall, everything is good!

This hotel is located close to the seaside. It's in a great location with a view of the beach from the rooms. As you'd expect from a Hilton, there was no inconvenience or dissatisfaction during my stay. Being able to stay safely at a hotel is not something to be taken for granted in Egypt, so this is a very important point. The hotel also has a pool, and the view from the pool was amazing, and being able to see the sunset is a fond memory. It was still a bit chilly that day so we didn't go in, but the water was heated and it felt warm. The room was clean and I had a pleasant stay, so I recommend it✨

This is a rubbish hotel. It is dirty and messy. There is nothing else to ask for except the sea view. There is a renovation outside the window. There is a smell when you open the window! The facilities are old. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! !
