Do not book this hotel！
This hotel will credit card fraud directly from your card (trip platform revealed to them card secret) and transfer the money to the hotel account！
I went straight to the front desk with my bank statement that day, and the hotel refused to admit it. trip refused to take responsibility, the money is brushed by the hotel is not in their hands. I am still contacting the bank to recover the money. I promise I did everything on my trip and never gave the hotel any authorization, but the credit card fraud just showed up

Wonderful setting, absolutely phenomenal food and great choices of alcoholic drinks. Will definitely be back to this establishment. Sitting on the Loch yesterday with a beer and wine looking at what a beautiful spot it really is.

Stayed in hotel for one night after attending wedding at nearby Cruin. On booking the accommodation 5 months ago and agreeing and paying deposit, I was annoyed that the confirmation re booking indicated that cost had increased from £199 to £249 per night. After contacting the hotel, I was informed that the wrong price for the accommodation had been given at time of booking. I would have thought their original price should have been honoured and think their customer service is not satisfactory.

We stayed one night and the room was functional, but the term you couldn’t swing a cat around on there springs to mind. Everything was cramped it was smaller than a premier inn. The bed was tiny, but it was very clean. The restaurant was fantastic, food very good and staff very pleasant.

This hotel is in a fabulous location and we had a room facing the loch. It was a little small but it had everything we needed and a great shower. The one fault with the room was that it felt airless, the only window was a French door which we had to open in the middle of the night to let in some air and to cool us . This solved the problem. Dinner in the restaurant was good, excellent service, a great view and good food.

Hotel decorated really nice. Very clean and tidy. Food and drink, fine, but overprice but it’s a hotel so you accept that. No complaints. But for the price of a room for £200 odd room was basic and small. I have stayed in premier inn in the centre of London which was more spacious! The important part of any hotel is a GOOD COMFORTABLE BED. We had a basic small double bed which was just about big enough for one person. I’m just about 6 foot and my feet were basically dangling of the edge. And the mattress and pillow were the most uncomfortable I have ever felt. And I’ve stay in a lot of hotels! Such as shame as the most important part of it put a dampener on the whole experience. Advice, for the price it costs to stay invest in some half decent comfortable bedding please!

Really bad service . Went for breakfast and asked if you wanted restaurant or cafe . Asked for cafe and after waiting for a long time told breakfast not available as backlog in restaurant . Strange as customers coming in after us getting served with breakfast .
