Poor. No one told us the hotel is partially closed due to refurbishment and construction. No proper reception, indoor restaurant, the services and facilities were very poor. The beach and watersports are a joke. Non existent on both counts.

Although the hotel was still under renovation, they pulled out all the stops to make our stay special. It's in a beautiful location with the Boat House bar connecting it to the sea and beach area. Breakfast was served by the pool with plenty of cover from the sun if required and plenty of choices on offer from the attentive staff. Love to stay again when all the renovations have been carried out.

In februari boekten we een verblijf bij Hotel Inmood Aucanada voor onze vakantie vier maanden later. We waren erg enthousiast, maar helaas veranderde dit snel. Slechts zes dagen voor ons vertrek kregen we via Vakantiediscounter te horen dat het hotel later zou openen dan onze geplande vakantie, waardoor onze reservering werd geannuleerd. Hoewel we dit nieuws teleurstellend vonden, besloten we flexibel te zijn en boekten een ander hotel. Echter, onze nieuwsgierigheid naar de staat van Hotel Inmood Aucanada bracht ons ertoe om er langs te rijden tijdens onze vakantie. Tot onze verbazing ontdekten we dat het hotel nog ver van voltooiing was. De muren lagen eruit en het hele gebouw leek opnieuw opgebouwd te moeten worden. Het was schokkend om te zien dat het hotel in zo'n staat verkeerde. Het is moeilijk te geloven dat dit probleem pas zes dagen voor onze aankomst werd ontdekt. Zoiets groots moet al veel langer bekend zijn geweest. Deze late en onverwachte annulering veroorzaakte veel onnodige stress en onzekerheid. Wij begrijpen dat bouwprojecten vertraging kunnen oplopen, maar de manier waarop dit is afgehandeld, was zeer teleurstellend en onprofessioneel.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel Inmood Aucanada etait idéal. Malgré les travaux (très discrets) l'équipe au complet était au petit soin et très agréable. Les chambres sont très belles, en parfait état et propre. La climatisation et ventilation fonctionnait parfaitement comme l'ensemble des équipements. La piscine et ça terrasse sont très reposantes. Je vous encourage à y déguster les tapas et cocktails qui sont délicieux surtout accompagnés de la douce voix de la chanteuse qui était présente notre dernier soir. Encore un immense merci à toute l'équipe et particulièrement au directeur Omar (si je ne me trompe pas) et aux 3 serveurs qui ont été adorables avec nous. Je n'ai malheureusement pas leurs prénom mais peut-être se reconnaitront-ils : 2 jeunes serveuses magnifique une blonde aux cheveux bouclés et une jeune femme chacun ainsi qu'un monsieur au français presque parfait dont je ne peux pas decrire la chevelure )

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel is positioned in a quiet area, has beautiful sea views and the food is delicious. One drawback is the beach is actually a small patch of sand, so we have visited nearby beaches to swim. Very confortable, and I would return anytime.

Offre pauvre pour cet hôtel à moitié rénové, standard médiocre pour une chambre à 285 eur/ nuit.
Manque de personnel évident.
Chambre faite une fois en un séjour de 7 nuits.
Pas de climatisation mais un peu plutôt d’air frais.
L’endroit est magnifique alors choisissez un autre hôtel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The food was excellent- plenty of choice and very tasty. Good entertainment during the night. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a lovely area. Nice and quiet. Will definitely be back.

Breath-taking view on the sea, the calm, exquisite breakfast, life music in the evenings and professional, helpful and smiling staff. Beautiful surroundings invite to hikes, bicycle tours, swimming, kayaking and other water activities.
