We stayed here for one night and checked out on October 31st. A few hours after check out, I realised I had left my Apple AirPods in the room. I immediately phoned the number listed on the hotel website to ask them to retrieve them from the room. I was told that I had to send an email, so I did that straight away to the email address I was given. I received no response from the hotel so I emailed again the following day. I also sent a picture confirming that the last place my Airpods were located was in room 431 in the hotel which was confirmed on my ‘find my AirPods’ phone App. Despite phoning the hotel, emailing twice and sending photo evidence of their location, the hotel has still not responded. AirPods are expensive items and I knew exactly where I had left them in the room, yet the hotel has not been bothered to respond to me. I can only assume that my AirPods are being kept by the hotel staff and that the hotel does not take protection of customers property seriously.

Après avoir perdu notre voiture et bagages dans les inondations mortelles (158 morts) à Valencia, nous trouvons refuge dans cet hôtel qui nous a fait payer les chambres plus chères malgré que je sois membre et ne m’ont pas donné les avantages premium initialement prévu. Merci la compassion et pas vu la gentillesse attendue dans un établissement qui se veut 4 étoiles… Despues de perder nuestro coche y equipaje en las mortales inundaciones (158 muertos) de Valencia, encontramos refugio en este hotel que nos cobró más por las habitaciones a pesar de mi afiliación y no me dio los beneficios premium previstos inicialmente. Gracias por su compasión, pero no mostraron la amabilidad que se espera de un establecimiento que pretende ser de 4 estrellas...

Es la primera vez que pongo una reseña estando hospedado. Gran Hotel hasta que entras al comedor en que se transforma en una gran pensión. El bufé es una absoluta vergüenza, un pesebre humano, más allá de la calidad de los alimentos, bandejas vacías, mostradores semi vacíos y lo más importante, que no se sabe qué está expuesto, de qué alimentos se trata. No existe mayor desprecio a un comensal que no especificarle que alimento está expuesto para permitirle decidir o en caso de alergias ver si come o no. Llena el buche sin preguntas. En fin, una absoluta vergüenza. Supongo que será el precio de externalizar los servicios, porque me resulta imposible creer que la gestión del hotel sea la misma que la del comedor.

Tercer año consecutivo que desde el Norte vamos a disfrutar de Alcossebre. Plan familiar de 10, gracias sobretodo a César animador y ya familia de FantyClub que organiza y hace que los niños disfruten mucho y toda la familia en general mezclando el relax, playa y ambiente tranquilo a la par que divertido con las actuaciones nocturnas. Gracias por todo.

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente increíble. La comida fue excelente, con un menú variado, con opciones que se ajustaban a todos los gustos, lo cual es de agradecer. El personal fue atento y amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento. Las instalaciones son impecables y muy cómodas. El spa fue uno de los puntos destacados de nuestra visita, un espacio perfecto para relajarse. A pesar de que la temperatura no fue muy alta, disfrutamos de largos paseos por los alrededores y aprovechamos al máximo todas las áreas del hotel. Sin duda regresaremos y recomendamos la experiencia.

Hemos estado cuatro días y nos a encantado , la habitación muy bonita y limpia grandes vistas desde la terraza , la comida super buena . Las piscinas muy bonitas , sobre todo la que tenia vistas al mar , por poner algún pero el agua de las piscinas estaba congelada , pero la disfrutamos igual Sin duda es un hotel para repetir

Estuvimos el pasado fin de semana y ya con ganas de volver. Muy bien ubicado frente a la playa, desde las piscinas exteriores se veía el mar y en nuestra habitación también teníamos vistas. La comida buena y variada. Dejamos a los niños en el mini club donde lo pasaron genial . Muchas gracias al equipo de animación. Volveremos.
