"Our stay at this hotel was excellent thanks to its location, as it was very close to the metro station, which took us to the center of Madrid in 20 minutes. The facilities were modern, the room was very clean, and it was cleaned daily. The quiet hallway was also much appreciated.
The breakfast was very good and varied, with gluten-free options and oat milk.
The staff was very friendly. We opted for parking, which was very conveniently located with elevator access. We have definitely booked another stay there in a month."

"The reception staff is a bit rude. They don't let you check in even a minute before 3pm, claiming that all the rooms are occupied and they are a bit rude in their response (I asked at 1.40pm when the room has to be vacated at 12pm). They also didn't know how to answer me properly regarding a billing issue."
